No packages are sent on Saturdays and Sundays.

You may want to return an order, for example because the product does not meet your expectations. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of the purchase date.

After you have notified us of your return (via info@byzboutique.nl), you have 14 calendar days to return the product. The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense, as are any costs associated with exchanging for a new item. You will receive the purchase amount as store credit; we do not offer refunds.

These are the conditions for returning an item:

• The item must be unworn.
• The item must be free of stains or stains, including makeup and spray tan.

Byz Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that fall outside the return period or items that are not received in their original condition. In such cases, the package will be returned to the customer and any shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Byz Boutique.
